Flip Clinic
During the flip clinic the athletes will spend more time on the trampoline going through the proper progressions of a back and front flip.
Specific drills such as rolls, dive rolls, back drops, and pull overs will help the athlete learn the fundamentals of the flip and prepare them to execute it when ready. In addition to the trampoline the athletes will also use foam safety mats, hand spotting from the coach, and a spotting harness to help build confidence and a feel for the flips.

· Back Limber
· Snap Down- Rebound
· Back Handspring
